1. International Agent Management

  • Maintain a list of five active agents per country, with additional agents on a reserve list.
  • Highlight one preferred agent per country and shipment mode.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date contact details for all agents.
  • Limit each agent to two email addresses for consistency.
  • Promote reciprocal business relationships with agents.

2. Reporting and Data Management

  • Prepare monthly internal reports on the company's office-country relationships, quoting, and booking activities.
  • Track and report conversion rates, margins, and agent overlaps across offices.
  • Provide insights for decision-making based on agent performance and data analysis.

3. Administrative and Interdepartmental Support

  • Assist Sales, Operations, and Warehousing teams with smooth coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records of agent agreements and communications.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials for international agent interactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to manage agent-related payments and compliance.

4. General Support and Additional Duties

  • Support operational planning to improve agent performance and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures in all agent-related communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management to ensure operational success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, freight, or logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage relationships and provide administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in freight forwarding, shipping logistics, or international trade.
  • Knowledge of global trade compliance and customs regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26,525.00 per month
