Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Service and Compliance Specialist. This role combines client communication, data and compliance management, and administrative support — with a strong focus on engaging directly with clients through calls and emails.

The ideal candidate has experience handling Australian clients, particularly in fast-paced service environments. Familiarity with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely client interactions.
  • Handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Support the National Operations Manager and wider team in maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.

Data Entry and Compliance

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client and compliance data in internal systems.
  • Verify data integrity and conduct regular compliance checks.
  • Ensure all processes and documentation align with relevant standards and company policies.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
  • Assist with client onboarding, service agreements, and general coordination between teams.
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in client service, compliance, or administrative support, ideally with Australian clients.
  • NDIS experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence handling client calls and emails.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Leadership experience
