Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Service and Compliance Specialist. This role combines client communication, data and compliance management, and administrative support — with a strong focus on engaging directly with clients through calls and emails.
The ideal candidate has experience handling Australian clients, particularly in fast-paced service environments. Familiarity with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is an advantage but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely client interactions.
- Handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Support the National Operations Manager and wider team in maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
Data Entry and Compliance
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client and compliance data in internal systems.
- Verify data integrity and conduct regular compliance checks.
- Ensure all processes and documentation align with relevant standards and company policies.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
- Assist with client onboarding, service agreements, and general coordination between teams.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualification and requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in client service, compliance, or administrative support, ideally with Australian clients.
- NDIS experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence handling client calls and emails.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in client service, compliance, or administrative support, ideally with Australian clients.
- Strong Leadership experience
- Amenable to WFO in Angeles, Pampanga
