POSITION SUMMARYThe Supervisor for Digital Marketing is responsible for implementing initiatives set by the Team. He/She assists with the digital marketing department's budget, planning, and team member development. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplement all online marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing, linkage partnerships, newsletter and banner advertising, social media, and other new media buys.Help manage the interactive agency marketing and media campaigns to meet business performance objectivesAssist the Manager with digital marketing projects, working with internal cross -functional teams and external agencies from inception to completion.Identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement of all digital marketing initiativesProvide comprehensive reporting on web and digital marketing traffic.Communicate best practices, review and approve content changes, and make recommendations on improving conversions based on key metrics.Help oversee the development and operation of all company customer -facing websites and online accounts.Help oversee Social Media - the voice of the brand across all social media platforms, including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube, and WeChat.Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows Company policies, rules, and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures, and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.Updates oneself and follows security/fire/safety procedures according to Company's rules and regulations.Performs other duties that immediate superiors may assign from time to time. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS3+ years of working experience in site content management, online marketing, and executing email campaigns, including vendor negotiations and interactive media buying.Expert at content development, either Copywriting or Artwork developmentExperience creating, launching, and measuring online marketing campaigns with search engines, affiliates, and online partners. Strong knowledge of web technologies and methodologies and understanding of editorial standards for online environments.Excellent attention to detailAbility to take ownership and initiative and work independently.A well -rounded cache of online marketing skills, including Email Marketing strategy and Online Advertising.Experience creating and delivering presentations and proposals.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
