Accounts Processor (WFH)

Job Description:

  • Perform Accounts Payable functions with coding accuracy.
  • Perform Basic bookkeeping functions.
  • Enter confidential client information into our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Perform General data processing.
  • Interpret NDIS Price List and determine the appropriate category of the invoice.
  • Email communications with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Open for Fresh Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related courses (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Management, etc.).
  • For non-Finance/Business degree holder, you just need to have at least 1 year of experience in any of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, Invoicing, and Payroll.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping.
  • Advanced data entry and coding.
  • Salesforce experience or any similar CRM.
