Job Qualifications:

  • Open to applicants anywhere in the Philippines ONLY. (Non-negotiable: Must have own equipment and stable high-speed connection for applicants outside Cebu)
  • Hybrid Skillset Required: Loan processing (AFG/Flex) + adaptability for rehab/property tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Tech: Familiarity with Quickly, Excel, and basic design tools (for branding updates).
  • Must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • With 2-3 years of experience specializing in Accounting/Banking/Finance or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Services Admin Tasks

  2. Process loan applications end-to-end in AFG/Flex.

  3. Compare lender rates and prepare recommendations.
  4. Chase clients/lenders for outstanding documents.
  5. Schedule broker/client meetings.

  6. Update CRM and compliance records.

  7. Rehabilitation Business Admin Tasks

  8. Research and compile job listings for injured clients.

  9. Format reports for insurance submissions.

  10. Schedule client assessments/interviews.

  11. Property Management (PPB) Admin Tasks

  12. Edit property listings with updated logos/branding.

  13. (Future) Assist with inspection reports or tenant communications.

  14. Property Investment Admin Tasks

  15. Manage "Five in Five" webinar registrations.

  16. Send post-event follow-up materials to attendees.
