Responsibilities:Manage the building maintenance team (Carpenter, Painter, Plumber, Grounds, MST). Coordinate and oversee janitorial services. Update routine activity monitoring and verify completed activities.

Plan routine activities with forecast and timeline. Send weekly reports. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Ensure timely repairs and equipment servicing (PMS). Monitor tools and equipment (Asset Inventory). Supervise and train maintenance staff.

Ensure compliance with CMO standards. Conduct weekly audits and rounds.
