Job DescriptionProvide all necessary construction with the objective of plant operation, guide and develop Staff and Engineers. Confirm and execute projects based on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environment from start to completion. Review effectiveness and propose improvements of construction-related guidelines and regulations.

Check and evaluate mechanical facility equipment/system and propose improvements in design, capacity, reliability, efficiency, and availability leading to cost/energy savings. Create an annual budget to support section concerns, improvements, and implementations. Develop a function map, skill map, and training plan for team members to enhance mechanical system knowledge.

RequirementsGraduate of Mechanical Engineering with a Professional Mechanical Engineering license. At least 6 years of experience related to Facility Operation/Maintenance and Construction/Project Management. Knowledge in legal compliance, mechanical system design, root cause analysis, and Facility Operation/Maintenance and Construction/Project Management.
