About the role

Join the team at Daily Supermarket, Inc. as a Receiving Clerk. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and organising incoming stock deliveries at our Cubao, Quezon City location. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key to ensuring our inventory management runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receive, inspect and process incoming goods and shipments against purchase orders and inventory records
  2. Accurately record inventory data and update stock levels in our systems
  3. Unload delivery vehicles and move received items to designated storage areas
  4. Liaise with suppliers and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with deliveries
  5. Maintain a clean, safe and organised receiving and storage area
  6. Assist with periodic stock counts and audits as required

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role
  2. Strong numeracy and data entry skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
  3. Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory control systems
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Good physical fitness to handle lifting and moving of stock items
