Responsibilities
- Assist in recording of the books of account and preparation of financial statements
- Record Cash Receipts and disbursement transactions
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Prepare bank deposits and cheque payments
- Record BIR eRelief and Alpha list for the monthly BIR returns
- Do any ad hoc duties as required by the Accounting Department and management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce or similar course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months to a year of working experience in the related field is an advantage
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details
- Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be a team player
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao
- Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,500.00 per month
