Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording of the books of account and preparation of financial statements
  • Record Cash Receipts and disbursement transactions
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Prepare bank deposits and cheque payments
  • Record BIR eRelief and Alpha list for the monthly BIR returns
  • Do any ad hoc duties as required by the Accounting Department and management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce or similar course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 6 months to a year of working experience in the related field is an advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
  • Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be a team player
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,500.00 per month
