JOB SUMMARY:

Acting as the key person between the company and clients. Responsible for the

continuous increase of business volume and profitability—meeting sales goals set by the

management as the main target and fostering relationships with both existing and

prospective clients.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Assist sales manager in the day-to-day management and achievement of target sales.

Conduct client visits to address concerns and strengthen relationships.

Maintain sales customer database by regularly updating information.

Present new and current products and pricing information to buyers and decision makers.

Follow up regarding the result of presentation.

Maintain sales customer database by regularly updating information.

Tracks sales expenses by consolidating, summarizing and creating expense reports for

reimbursement/liquidation.

Update job knowledge by participating in team meetings.

Prepare tentative schedule of client visit for approval of the division head.

Update division head by submitting itinerary reports, approval forms and daily summaries

within the week of coverage.
