Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:

  • Professional experience as visual designer/ user interface designer/ website designer, digital designer. 
  • Preferably has experience working with high volume digital channels 
  • Has experience designing emails and banners incorporating UX/UI requirements  
  • Website technical knowledge and working with developers 
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe CS suite (including Premier Pro), sketch and Invision 
  • Sound working knowledge of HTML and CSS 
  • Experience across performance marketing channels such as: CRM, Social, Display and OOH 
  • Experience in Agile ways of working 
  • Experience of and interest in mentoring junior team members   

Nice to Have:

  • Preferably with experience in video, animation and template design.

  • Design requirements for all digital retail media activities  
  • Concept, design and delivery of all required digital design communications  
  • Develop inspiring creative concepts, design solutions and art direction that delivers against the brief and results in effective on brand communication. 
  • Deliver best practice digital solutions on time and to budget and helps redefine digital and design standards 
  • Social media engagement and followers 
  • Brand and campaign tracking results
