What We're Looking For:

We need someone with a background in graphic design (3-5 years ideally), with proven experience in digital advertising, who can deliver visually compelling designs. The role will see you working closely with our marketing team to create dynamic and aesthetically-driven content that resonates with our community.

You'll bring a fresh perspective to our business, using your skills to create stunning digital assets that speak to both our prospective students and the wider design community. You'll also have the opportunity to bring motion graphics into our advertising efforts, ensuring our content captures and holds the attention of our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce advertising and marketing materials including motion graphics

  • Maintain a high standard of design, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand and aesthetic of our business

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create on-brand, on-message, and visually engaging resources that captivate and inform

  • Develop new creative directions for the aesthetic of our brand seasonally

  • Contribute fresh ideas to our digital marketing strategies

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or similar design tools

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and brand aesthetics

  • Experience in creating and delivering motion graphic content for campaigns

  • A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for design and a keen understanding of current design trends in both the fitness industry and digital advertising space
