Position Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the marketing team in the creation of high-quality visual content for technical and manufacturing products. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to grow their skills while contributing to product marketing, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives.

You'll collaborate with senior team members, product specialists, and marketing stakeholders to design clear, engaging visual materials that communicate complex information effectively while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design of marketing materials including brochures, technical datasheets, catalogs, packaging, digital ads, social media content, and event assets.

  • Support the translation of technical product details into clean, visually compelling graphics.

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to understand and represent products accurately.

  • Prepare and revise files for print and digital production.

  • Manage multiple design tasks, balancing deadlines and quality.

  • Help with the creation and adaptation of digital assets for use in websites, emails, and online campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and manufacturing industry styles.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a design role (internships and freelance projects accepted).

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong layout skills and attention to detail, ideally with some work related to products or technical information.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt design approaches for industrial and technical contexts.

  • Good understanding of design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and color theory.

  • Basic time management and organization skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Familiarity with the manufacturing or technical product.

  • Basic knowledge of 3D software or rendering tools.
