The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the brand's identity and drive customer engagement. They develop graphics for in-store signage, promotional materials, window displays, and digital content, ensuring consistency across all visual communications. Utilizing typography, imagery, color and layout techniques, they design materials that effectively convey promotions, product information and brand messaging to attract and inform customers, ultimately supporting sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Job Description

  • Creates visually engaging content (static/video/animation) for social media and in-store TVs/LED displays to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Team to design and develop marketing campaign collaterals.
  • Collaborates with the E-Commerce Team to manage the website homepage, create homepage banners, conduct product shoots, and edit product images for online postings.
  • Researches current design trends for graphic materials.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, Art, or a related field.
  • Experience in Graphic Design or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, CorelDraw, Canva and CapCut.
  • Basic product photography skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willing to conduct store visits and occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
