We are looking for a dedicated Senior Finance MI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support improving the Financial Management Information (MI) for our Finance and non-Finance colleagues.

What will you do as a Senior Finance MI Analyst?

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Finance MI, Data & Analytics, your accountabilities will include:

• Analysing Finance operational data to generate insights, drive process improvements, and support informed decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions to monitor key performance indicators.
• Streamlining financial processes through automation, using tools such as Power Automate, Excel, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate data, deliver actionable recommendations, and support transformation projects.
• Leading training sessions to upskill colleagues in new reporting tools and data analytics best practices.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

• Advanced skills in data analytics, data visualisation, and dashboard design, with proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Proven experience in identifying and improving inefficient processes, and collaborating in teams to deliver automated reporting solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and present evidence-based recommendations, both locally and internationally.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic environment and working effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including UK-based and Manila-based teams.

Desirable:

• Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and accounting systems (SAP, ORACLE, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and delivering change in both project and BAU environments.
