Senior Analyst – Private Equity Real Estate (Remote | AEST Hours)

Full-Time, Remote| Mon - Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST

Join one of Australia's leading private equity real estate investment firms, managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

We're seeking a Senior Analyst to support complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, refinancing, and recapitalisations. You will work closely with senior leaders, lead financial modelling, and deliver high-quality analysis to support major investment decisions.

Australian market experience is highly regarded, although exceptional candidates from other markets who can rapidly build local expertise are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support due diligence, feasibility, structuring, and funding.
  • Build advanced financial models for acquisitions and capital structuring.
  • Analyse market data, financial statements, and transaction metrics.
  • Prepare investor/financier presentations and RFI responses.
  • Assist in preparing equity and debt documentation.
  • Partner with internal teams and external advisors.
About You:
  • 5+ years in real estate investment, private equity, capital markets, consulting, or financing.
  • Strong commercial real estate knowledge; advanced Excel modelling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to high performance.
