What You'll Do

  • Take warm leads from marketing and push them to close — faster
  • Build your own pipeline of high-value prospects
  • Lead property tours, pitch projects, and negotiate on the spot
  • Manage deals with top developers and exclusive sellers (pre-selling & RFO)
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and set yourself apart as a top performer
