JOB DESCRIPTION

General Accounting ( Bookkeeper)

The General Accounting is responsible in recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, Reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports.

Basic duties and responsibilities:

1.Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

2.Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Track inventory costs, raw materials, and supplies to ensure accurate cost accounting.· Process payroll, including statutory deductions (SSS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG, taxes).

Generate financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports on a monthly basis as needed by the Management

·Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for manufacturing operations purposes.

· Coordinates with all department all accounting concerns

· Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations; prepare supporting schedules for external audits and tax filings.

· Support management with the financial reports and administrative tasks when needed

Expected Start Date: 10/01/2025

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
