Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and distributing Statements of Account (SOA) to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone or email.
  • Encode daily collections and update monitoring sheets (e.g., Google Drive or internal systems).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Treasury, Accounting) for document requests.
  • Prepare reports such as aging reports, collection summaries, and memos for approvals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
