RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Boost sales by actively promoting, recommending, and upselling cosmetic products
  • Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and personalized customer assistance
  • Conduct makeup demonstrations and mini makeovers while maintaining hygiene practices
  • Keep updated on brand identity, product details, and key selling messages
  • Support store events, product launches, and ensure displays are neat and appealing
  • Develop strong customer connections, encourage loyalty, and collect feedback
  • Track inventory, support restocking/merchandising, and share sales reports & insights

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 6 months of retail or sales background (cosmetics/skincare experience preferred)
  • Proficient in makeup application and confident in product demonstrations
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Familiar with makeup artistry techniques and different skin types
  • Outgoing, approachable, professional, and cooperative in a team setting
  • Deep passion for beauty and empowering others to feel their best
