Job Responsibilities

As a Beauty Advisor, you will:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right products.
  • Demonstrate and recommend a variety of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist in maintaining product displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in beauty, retail, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
  • Ability to work in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • With complete basic pre-employment requirements
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to be to be deployed to different Watsons and/or malls around Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
