Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare products for display according to company policies.
  • Coordinate the activities of the section and the vendors in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Inform the branch manager about all the notes, defects of items, or any problems within the showrooms.
  • Ensure the implementation of the approved policies in the field of pricing, offer and sale.
  • Follow up on the prices updates and ensure that they match with what is displayed on the poster shelf, the point of sale and the back office.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the branch and arrange offers according to the approved schedules.
  • Helping customers with any questions and providing the best service.
  • Implementing leasing programs follow-up and reporting deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Review the quality of the items presented in the produce section.
  • Setup an in-store promotion according to its category.
  • Ensuring that the best customer service is provided.
  • Ensure the implementation of programs and plans for festivals and promotional weeks.
  • Take inspection tours to report any observation in general within the branch or outside the branch.
  • Monitor the branch lighting and air conditioning temperature.
  • Ensure that the refrigerators degree are monitored and matched effectively.
  • Ensuring that the spare electric generator is ready for any inconvenience such as a power outage.
  • Ensure the validity of the health cards of the branch, the branch license.
  • Acting on behave of the branch manager and performing his duties in his absence.
  • Supervising the employee's residence in the branches periodically, from organizing, cleaning, and securing the employee's needs, and submitting reports to the branch manager.
  • Ensure the compliance with the safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • not more than 45
  • Preferably educated, at least with Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a in a grocery, convenience store, or supermarket, either in the Philippines or abroad. Experience with well-known companies such as SM Supermarket, Robinsons Supermarket, Puregold, 7-Eleven, Alfamart, FamilyMart, or AllDay is preferred.
  • Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to supervise 5–10 staff members.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Spoken & Written)
  • Computer Literate using MS Office Applications
  • Good looking, neat and presentable
  • NO FACIAL SCARS. NO VISIBLE BODY TATTOO
