Job Description

  • Creates and maintains project documentation, such as plans and reports.
  • Defines the entire plan for the project, design, and control project schedule.
  • Constantly look for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
  • Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
  • Manages client relationships and expectations for the duration of the project.
  • Handles change management and manage project issues on time.
  • Proactively identify risks & risk mitigation to improve project success.
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously (in most cases).
  • Builds and manages project teams, reports to the project sponsor, and ensures quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Presents oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least graduate with a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Professional.

  • Experience in projects following SDLC methodologies (Waterfall).

  • Experience in web and mobile application development.

  • Experience working in collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

  • In-depth knowledge in the following:

  • Project Management

  • Resource Management

  • Skills:

  • Must have time management, and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.

  • Must have interpersonal and leadership skills, risk management, and client interfacing.
  • Must have a passion for new consumer technology and the emerging mobile landscape.
  • Must have scoping and estimation skills.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to organize and manage a small project development team.
  • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment.
