Life Project 4 Youth Alliance is a federation of 16 organizations across 13 countries dedicated to fostering the professional and social inclusion of young individuals aged 17-24 who face extreme poverty and exclusion. LP4Y focuses on innovative solutions through its missions to accompany marginalized youth with proven pedagogy, advocate for inclusion, and engage initiatives that support youth in need. The organization emphasizes building ecosystems that can sustainably foster the inclusion of these young adults. Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Project Coordinator - Coach is based in Taguig. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of projects aimed at empowering youth, including designing and implementing innovative programs, coaching young adults to achieve professional and personal growth, and collaborating with local stakeholders. They will guide and support youth in developing confidence, acquiring new skills, and successfully transitioning into employment or entrepreneurial ventures. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members, managing resources, and contributing to the overall development of LP4Y initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating youth development initiatives
  • Experience in project management, team coordination, and planning activities effectively
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Passion for social inclusion and working with underprivileged youth
  • Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in community engagement or working with youth organizations is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
