Duties and Responsibitites;

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and deliver the highest standard on Quality of Food, Service and Cleanliness
  • Observes, teach and correct TM to follow our 8 service protocols
  • Communicates with guest, receive feedbacks and handle guest comments or complaints
  • Stay on floor during peak times and ensure proper positioning and break time of TMs and cooks
  • Implements daily opening or closing procedures during his/her shift
  • Implements Operations and other Departments policies, procedures and standards
  • Ensures that proper cashier turnover of cash and sales are deposited to the bank as soon as possible
  • Ensures proper filling of reports (Sales Reports, X and Z Reading, Memos, Delivery ORs, Order Slip etc) and records documents for Transmittal
  • Responsible for motivation and coaching of Team Leaders and Management Trainee
  • Follows proper inventory management and creates foodcost and variance reports
  • Overseeing production and checks kitchen management procedures
  • Prepares requisition/purchase order forms and fax it according to policies and procedures given by the purchasing department
  • Ensures implementation of sales initiatives and marketing promotions
  • Ensures that manpower schedule is implemented and adjustments are done when necessary
  • Proficient in Marketing or Kitchen Management KRA, can already give satisfactory results with minimum guidance and support
  • Acts as OIC in the absence of Superior
  • Performs other duties as required by his superiors

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Preferred skill/s: strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
