On-site - Rizal 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences, smooth coordination between departments, and prompt resolution of issues. This role requires leadership, hospitality expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure the highest standards of service and safety are maintained at all times. Oversee daily resort operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, recreation, security, and maintenance) are functioning efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, feedback, and urgent issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Conduct regular inspections of the property (villas, facilities, events spaces, etc.) to maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and readiness. Coordinate with the events team to ensure successful execution of weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Supervise front office staff and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures. Handle incidents, emergencies, or complaints promptly and report to management as necessary. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively find ways to improve the customer experience. Manage staff scheduling and on-ground delegation when Operations Manager is not available. Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing guest concerns, incidents, occupancy, and departmental coordination. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a resort, hotel, or leisure facility. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Familiarity with POS systems and property management systems (PMS) is a plus. Preferably a resident of or willing to relocate to San Mateo, Rizal or nearby areas.
