Get to Know the Team: Grab's lending business (GFin lending) refers to Grab's array of product and service offerings focused on extension of micro credit to drivers, agents and merchants in Grab's ecosystem. The GFSA team is composed of regional experts and deep local market operators across Southeast Asia. We are looking to put together the best team that is characterized by strong business acumen, significant industry expertise, and local market depth. The team will be responsible for end-to-end conceptualization, design, development, execution, and ongoing management of all lending activities in its focus markets and segments.

Get to Know the Role: We are looking for a Commercial Assistant Manager to primarily contribute to the business's growth. We believe a successful candidate has

superb organizational skills, is an obsessive project manager, and has the personality to strike deals with key partners. This role is required because Grab's lending business is on a growth trajectory and is looking to expand its market scope and portfolio diversity. In return, you will get an opportunity to drive and take ownership of key projects and build relationships with significant partners that will bring us closer to achieving our exciting growth targets.

Day-to-Day Activities:

● Conceptualize and execute business cases for new loan programs across GrabFinance's three core segments - drivers, merchants, and passengers

● Manage recurring loan programs and potentially introduce enhancements to further drive program effectivity, efficiency, and profitability

● Develop key partnerships that will introduce new program concepts and drive segment growth. These may include, but are not limited to:

● Retail partners for driver purchase fi nancing programs

● Merchant anchors for supply chain fi nancing

● Bank and non-bank partners ● Collaborate closely with other functions within GrabFinance and other divisions within Grab to achieve business objectives and a superior customer experience

Must-Haves:

● Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in business development or product/project management, preferably from the financial services industry

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fi eld

● Effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly ● Strong project management skills and possesses product/business development discipline

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to infl uence stakeholders at all levels

● Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making ● A self-starter; resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing industry landscapes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
