Seafood Factory Outlet (SFO) in NSW, Australia, is on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to bring our digital presence to life You'll take the lead in planning, launching, and optimising powerful digital ad campaigns designed to boost foot traffic and get customers through our doors. Since SFO is a walk-in only concept with no delivery service, your mission is clear: craft high-impact, hyper-local campaigns that capture the attention of nearby shoppers and turn online interest into real in-store visits.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Facebook Ads.


• Create and manage geo-targeted campaigns designed to increase in-store awareness and walk-in traffic.


• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance and ROI.


• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to refine campaigns.


• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.


• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing detailed reports with actionable insights.


• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices across Google and Meta advertising platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.


• Demonstrated experience running and optimising Facebook/Instagram Ads.


• Strong understanding of local advertising, geo-targeting, and conversion tracking.


• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.


• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.


• Background in retail, hospitality, or food-related brands will be considered an advantage.
