JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Specialist will support the client's digital marketing efforts on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about paid media, eager to learn, and looking to grow their skills in performance marketing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in setting up and launching Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and help with daily optimizations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help create reports on campaign results using Meta Ads Manager and other tools.
• Collaborate with the team to test different ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
• Assist in setting up the Meta Pixel and checking that conversions are tracked properly.
• Stay informed on Meta platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in Meta Ads Manager and paid ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
• Good analytical skills and familiarity with reading basic campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
