We are seeking candidates with Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience specifically for a career in Telecommunications, PSD, and AFCS for Railway Projects.

  1. Candidates are expected to prepare QA/QC plans for Telecommunications Systems, PSD and AFCS, in close coordination and consultation with the project engineer and design consultant. They are to ensure the establishment of quality procedures for inspection, testing and other QA/QC requirements.

  2. Draft and review QA/QC documents as required by the client, but not limited to Method Statements, Material Approval Request, Installation Plans, Quality Management System and others.

  3. They should be able to oversee and manage quality assessment of materials, products and equipment used in the Railway Projects as required and necessary.

  4. Ensure specific quality standards are constantly met at all levels.

  5. Review technical specifications and recommend standard installation/construction plan and procedures for all items of work for their effective use in project scope.

  6. Review all test forms to be used during QA/QC procedures and evaluate results.

  7. Review contractor practices and conventional methodologies and make appropriate recommendations where remedial action is required.

  8. Conducting initial site survey queries on sources to materials, equipment, ensuring quality and quantity is of economic value to the project.

  9. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System, Quality Management Plan in line with legislation, certification, contract requirements of the project.

  10. Monthly QA/QC report to the PIC/PM on the Project QA/QC activities.

  11. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

  12. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of construction, 3-5 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Engineering Course, preferably ECE or EE

  2. Licensed is a must. Professional License is an advantage.

  3. At least 3-5 years' experience as Quality Control and Quality Assurance
