QAQC Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Review all plans and technical specification
  • Assists the QA/QC Head for the preparation of ITP's, Method Statement and other QAQC deliverables.
  • Conducts regular monitoring of the construction activities
  • Performs quality assurance and quality control on all works and materials through daily observation, measurement, and inspection.
  • Prepares the necessary documentation as required by the Project Management Team.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans
  • Knowledge in material testing requirements and procedure
  • Specific experience in concrete testing and steel testing procedures is required
  • Ability to interpret instructions, either written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Attainment:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineer
  • Professional License (Professional Licensure Exam) is not required but an advantage.
  • Materials Engineer 1 or 2 certified is a plus.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of QAQC experience is required
  • Structural construction project QAQC experience is essential
  • Experience in vertical/high-rise buildings projects is a plus.
