We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) Lead to oversee architectural quality standards on a dynamic hotel development project. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and project standards. Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & ControlDevelop and implement comprehensive QAQC plans aligned with project scope and standardsConduct regular inspections of architectural work, drawings, and documentationReview design submissions, specifications, and technical drawings for accuracy and complianceIdentify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with design teamsDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain detailed QAQC records and inspection reportsEnsure adherence to applicable building codes, standards, and regulationsVerify compliance with client requirements and contract specificationsPrepare quality metrics and performance reports for project stakeholdersTeam LeadershipLead and mentor QAQC inspection teamsCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultantsFacilitate quality meetings and non-conformance reviewsProvide technical guidance on architectural standards and best practicesProject CoordinationInterface with project management on quality-related issuesSupport design review meetings and value engineering sessionsManage change order documentation from a quality perspectiveEnsure timely resolution of architectural defectsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of architectural QAQC experience in hospitality or commercial projectsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldProfessional credentials (AIA, RIBA, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of building codes and standardsProficiency with CAD software and project management toolsExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience with hotel/hospitality construction standardsPreferred Qualifications:PMP or equivalent project management certificationExperience with BIM and digital inspection toolsKnowledge of sustainable building practicesPrevious experience with multi-phase hotel projectsPreferably residing in BOHOLJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
