Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for beauty and personal care products
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, retailers, salons, and distributors
Channel & Account Management
  • Manage key accounts, distributors, salons, and retail partners
  • Build strong relationships with beauty retailers and wholesalers
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements
Market Development & Brand Execution
  • Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and beauty events
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Team Leadership & Training
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team and beauty advisors
  • Conduct product knowledge and sales training
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis
  • Track stock levels, sell-through, and inventory turnover

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or professional sales/marketing certification is an advantage
  • Beauty, cosmetics, or brand management training is a plus

Work Experience
  • 4–8 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience managing distributors, retailers, or salon channels
  • Experience leading sales teams and handling key accounts
