Job Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves analyzing workflows, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot production problems and recommend technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Support new product introductions and equipment installations.
  • Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Train operators and technicians on new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
  • Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or related process design software.
  • Knowledge in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
