Job Title: Aircon Technician

Location: Sta. Ana, Manila

Company: Alpha Infinity Holding Corp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager or Supervisor to develop and follow a bi-weekly cleaning schedule for all air conditioning units across branches.
  • Conduct weekly inspections and preventive maintenance services (PMS) on all units at each branch, adhering to the established schedule.
  • Promptly perform necessary repairs following inspections. If replacement parts are needed, immediately inform the Head or Supervisor for approval.
  • Accurately document each maintenance activity, including before and after photos, ensuring reports are complete, clear, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain a detailed logbook to track repair history and maintenance activities for each air conditioning unit.
  • Submit damaged parts to the Manager or Supervisor for record-keeping and accountability when replacements are made.
  • Provide a comprehensive weekly summary of all maintenance work performed every Saturday to the Manager or Supervisor.
  • Use proper safety gear and strictly follow safety protocols to ensure a safe, injury-free work environment.
  • Demonstrate team collaboration by assisting coworkers with tasks outside your regular duties during emergencies or unexpected situations.
  • Follow all instructions from the Head or Supervisor, including tasks beyond the standard duties.
  • Take responsibility for the care and proper use of company tools; accountability will be enforced for loss or damage due to negligence.
  • Prioritize repairing parts over replacing them whenever feasible to reduce maintenance costs, without compromising safety or performance.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in HVAC is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in air conditioning or HVAC-related work.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, repair tools, and safety procedures.

Time Commitment:

  • Willing to work overtime and perform physical tasks in warehouse and club settings, especially when required to update reports or complete additional duties.
