Join the dynamic team at Staff Domain as a Construction Administrator. You will work on exciting and rewarding projects across Strata, Commercial, and Government sectors. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, Queensland, you will oversee and manage the contractual aspects of our remedial construction projects

 

What You'll Do 

· Administer and manage construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts terms and conditions.

· Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and resolving contractual issues promptly.

· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on all contractual matters.

· Provide expert advice and support to project managers on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures

Requirements
What You Bring 
We're looking for someone who: 

· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in the remedial construction industry.

· Thorough understanding of construction contracts, project management principles, and risk management.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve contractual issues.

· Proficient in contract administration software (Dash Pivot) is an advantage and MS Office applications.

· Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Law is highly desirable.
