Job Summary:
This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organisational skills, effective time management, and knowledge of construction contracts, Australian building regulations, construction practices, and construction management software.
The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in the commercial and contractual management of construction projects. The role is responsible for preparing, negotiating, administering, and managing contracts to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and support successful project delivery across all phases.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Australian experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
