Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Operations Manager based in Makati. The Construction Operations Manager will oversee and manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, planning resources, managing subcontractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves optimization of workflows and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and completing projects within deadlines
  • Experience in team leadership and supervising construction or renovation projects
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and budgeting in the construction industry
  • Problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills to address project challenges
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to coordinate across teams and with clients
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with luxury or high-end design projects is a plus
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
