You'll need to have:

• Relevant degree in the built environment, business/management studies, etc., or NVQ level 3.
• Established experience in built environment and with projects.
• Understands different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
• Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate software user; ability to provide schedule outputs in a various format to suit the audience/context.

You'll also have:

• Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
• Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
• Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
• Ability to communicate and present to project team on programme drivers, goals and issues, etc.
