About the Role

As a
Product Marketing Manager,
you will be responsible for assisting the Product Marketing Head in the marketing initiatives for the bank's cash management services. You will be in-charge of the strategic and tactical marketing of cash management products and services. This role involves drafting and managing marketing collaterals, bundling products, conducting market research, managing campaigns and programs, collaborating on product development, and providing marketing support to sales teams.

How you'll contribute

  • Perform comprehensive market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and interpret market data to generate actionable insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines, and work with the Branding Team to ensure cohesive and compelling design
  • Implement and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels from concept through to execution
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Evaluate market needs and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new bundles and work with the product management team to refine and improve product bundles
  • Gain deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and market positioning and work closely with the product management team to align marketing strategies with product development
  • Oversee the marketing budget to maximize efficiency

What we're looking for

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or any related course
  • With 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a financial institution
  • Strong understanding of cash management products and services and financial products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
