Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product development and the market by understanding customer needs, crafting compelling messaging, and supporting sales enablement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for specific products or product lines.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to define target audiences and key value propositions.
  • Create marketing materials, product content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report insights.
  • Train and equip the sales team with product knowledge and marketing tools.
  • Manage product branding and ensure message consistency across all channels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in product marketing or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
