A
Product Manager
is responsible for managing the roadmap of any product from creation to execution by focusing on what the customer wants and aligning with the company's overall goals. This role acts as the bridge between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and identifying product opportunities and customer needs;
  • Planning and executing product marketing and promotion strategies;
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
  • Drive product launches including working with Sales team, company and external party executives, and other product management team members;

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Required Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
