Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, task- and goal-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team on a part-time basis (approximately 10 hours per week). This role is essential to the success of our marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution across a range of digital platforms including Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing marketing projects in a collaborative environment and be a ClickUp expert, capable of working seamlessly with content creators, graphic designers, media buyers, and social media marketing managers. You must be proactive in documenting requirements, assigning responsibilities and deadlines, and driving all initiatives to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Campaign Management
• Lead and manage campaign initiatives across multiple digital platforms including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
• Collaborate with:
o Content Designers to develop compelling campaign messaging and copy.
o Graphic Artists to coordinate creative asset development.
o Media Ad Buyers to ensure campaign strategy and spend align with goals.
o Social Media Managers to support organic and paid content execution.
ClickUp Ownership
• Own and manage the entire ClickUp environment for the marketing team.
• Build and maintain project boards, templates, timelines, dashboards, and automations.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and ensure full team alignment.
• Train and guide teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on ClickUp best practices.
Project Coordination & Accountability
• Translate strategic goals into clearly documented project scopes, task lists, and delivery timelines.
• Assign responsibilities across contributors with crystal-clear expectations.
• Monitor all campaign-related tasks to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
• Facilitate daily or weekly check-ins during required hours (10–12 PM EST) to keep the team aligned.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
• Track KPIs and campaign outcomes within ClickUp and assist in reporting.
• Coordinate post-campaign performance reviews and apply learnings to future campaigns.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and marketing workflow optimization.
Documentation & Process Management
• Develop and maintain SOPs for recurring marketing processes.
• Keep all project documentation organized, current, and accessible within ClickUp and shared drives.
• Maintain a proactive communication rhythm via Slack and Email to ensure clear updates and next steps.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of advanced ClickUp experience managing projects and teams.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing project management or campaign coordination.
• Direct experience managing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be available and responsive during the 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST time block.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms including Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with e-commerce, DTC, or retail brands.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
• Background in creative workflow management and content approval processes.

Time Commitment & Tools
• Part-time role: ~10 hours/week
• Primary tools: ClickUp, Slack, Email
• Flexible schedule outside of mandatory availability window
• Fully remote position
