About the role

Meatworld International, Inc. is seeking a talented Platform Operator to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain the company's technology platforms to optimise performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations
  • Analyse platform data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the platforms

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Sales and Management industries
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce platform management, online marketplace operations, or digital sales coordination
  • Strong technical expertise in platform development, integration, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and sales data management
  • Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and reporting dashboards
  • Experience with Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics (Lazada Seller Centre, Shopee Analytics), and data visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of online marketplace seller centre interfaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Direct experience managing Lazada, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop platforms
  • Minimum 2 years working with e-commerce marketplace operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop preferred) with at least 2 years in marketplace operations
