About the role

We are seeking a CCTV Operator to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in San Pedro City Laguna. As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our security surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to detect any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
  2. Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents, following established protocols to ensure appropriate action is taken
  3. Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and activities, providing detailed reports as required
  4. Collaborate with the security team to identify and implement improved security measures and procedures
  5. Assist in the training and supervision of junior CCTV operators
  6. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or similar security role
  2. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols and emergency response procedures
  3. Excellent observation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and respond to potential security risks
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts and respond to emergencies as needed
