Job Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of real estate properties. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with local regulations. The Property Manager will handle tenant relations, supervise service providers, and work closely with property owners to meet investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Management:
Handle leasing, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly.
Enforce lease agreements and building policies.

Property Operations:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure property condition and cleanliness.
Coordinate maintenance and repair works with service providers or contractors.
Monitor safety systems (fire alarms, CCTV, emergency exits, etc.).

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage property budgets and operating expenses.
Collect rent, association dues, and other payments.
Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for property owners.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain records of leases, inspections, payments, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with local government and housing regulations.
Coordinate with legal teams on eviction or dispute matters if needed.
Vendor and Contractor Supervision:
Source and manage suppliers for security, cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.
Monitor contract compliance and service quality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in property or facilities management.
Knowledge of Philippine building codes, housing laws, and leasing practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Property24, SAP, or similar).

Preferred Skills:
Customer service orientation
Financial acumen
Conflict resolution
Time and project management
Familiarity with ISO or safety compliance standards (especially for commercial buildings)

**We are specifically looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management.
Aged between 30 to 35 years old.
