Job Description:

  • Operate rough terrain cranes (35 to 50 tons) to lift, move, and position heavy materials at various job sites.
  • Perform pre-operational equipment checks and ensure cranes are in safe working condition.
  • Follow load charts and lifting plans to ensure safe crane operations.
  • Assist in rigging and signal communication with riggers and ground crew.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues immediately.
  • Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety standards and site protocols.
  • Adhere to all site safety rules, company policies, and government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • TESDA NC II Certificate in Mobile Crane Operation (or equivalent for rough terrain crane)
  • Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restrictions (if required for transport)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience operating rough terrain cranes (35–50 tons)
  • Solid knowledge of load charts, rigging techniques, and safe lifting practices
  • Physically fit and able to work in varying weather/site conditions
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures, signaling, and hazard awareness

Employment Details:

  • Contract: 6-Month Project-Based Contract (renewable, depending on performance and project needs)
  • Accommodation: Free room accommodation provided
  • Compensation: Competitive salary + Overtime pay + Government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
