Rigger

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble rigging systems and equipment.
• Attach loads to rigging to prepare them for movement.
• Operate hoisting equipment such as cranes, winches, and pulleys.
• Inspect rigging equipment and ensure it is in safe, working condition.
• Read and interpret blueprints, load charts, and other technical documents.
• Work closely with crane operators, engineers, and other team members.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, site procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Signal or verbally direct crane and hoisting equipment operators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Rigger in a construction, industrial, or related environment.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and tools, including slings, shackles, and chain hoists.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts, lifting plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and hazard prevention.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in rigging (e.g., NCCER, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
