About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to our FedEx account. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering a competitive salary and an enticing sign-on bonus of 20,000 PHP.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing courteous and efficient customer service to FedEx clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and provide effective solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with FedEx services and procedures would be an advantage
